Gateway provider RMD filing rule effective dates set

More effective dates have been set for gateway provider robocall rules. These compliance dates are related to new requirements for filing certifications in the Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD). Some rules also apply to downstream providers. Let’s have a look.

The Office of Budget and Management (OMB) approved the information collection requirements of these rules. Their approval enabled these compliance dates to be set and announced.
