TransNexus Releases CDRAnalyzer for CDR Reports, Charts, and Export
TransNexus announced today the release of CDRAnalyzer, a simple, high performance application for archiving and locating Call Detail Records (CDRs).
CDRAnalyzer can also be used to create charts and reports based on information stored in CDRs. “CDRAnalyzer addresses our customers need for easy access to data from archived CDRs,” said Jim Dalton, president of TransNexus. “When management or law enforcement asks a question like 'Who called 911 last month?' our customers will now have that information at their fingertips.” CDRAnalyzer was created to work seamlessly with BroadWorks, Oracle Acme Packet, Cisco Call Manager, and Metaswitch Perimeta based networks. CDRAnalyzer is available for a free 30 day evaluation trial. During the trial period TransNexus will install and configure the software application and will assist the customer to determine the optimal system design based on the customer’s network and forecast for production operations. Request a free trial of CDRAnalyzer. TransNexus will demonstrate CDRAnalyzer at ITEXPO West 2013 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, August 27-29.
